The Pas Normal Studios team currently has 30 members, who are highly passionate about cycling, the brand, and the significant growth opportunity we face. The organization operates globally with own retail, wholesale, production and growing E-commerce, spanning 25+ markets across 6 continents, building international relations and developing a strong international presence. We thus focus on sustainable growth throughout Europe, Asia and North America.

On this basis, we are strengthening the organization with several new hires. For a newly established position, we are now looking for a Social Media & Content Manager.
The Position: Social Media & Content Manager
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, you will join a small team of action-oriented and passionate marketing colleagues at Pas Normal Studios, who has the responsibility for the global marketing strategy and execution in the company.
In this position you will be fully dedicated to development of our digital channels and are thus a key part in continuing the sustainable growth trajectory of Pas Normal Studios.
Your responsibilities encompass developing and adjusting our Some communication platform in accordance with the growth of the channel and the position thus requires close collaboration with especially Sales and Ecom departments.
Furthermore, you will master SOME analytics to analyze traffic and drive reach/engagement as well as optimizing the Customer experience across all digital touchpoints.
Responsible for brand communication on all social media
Define the strategy across all social media and digital marketing touchpoints
Help create synergies in communication with retailer sites and social media advertising
Coordinate distribution of product content and activation content
Support the launch of new products with a focus on social media and digital marketing
Continue to push for new ways of doing things and recommend the path forward
Own our digital marketing analytics and extract data-driven recommendations that continuously improves our performance
The ideal candidate is operating successfully in the Marketing universe and passionate about driving online growth for one of the strongest and fastest growing brands in the cycling world. We are thus looking for an outstanding candidate with a well assorted and updated toolbox and 3+years of experience with driving successful digital growth within D2C from similar business environment.
In addition, you also have:
3+ years of experience in consumer goods for a premium brand
Expert in building a brand digitally especially on social media
Experience with growing through content and events
Creative mindset and passion for storytelling
Design skills for content creation and copywriting experience in English
Strong execution skills with good strategic understanding
Solid experience with defining and managing initiatives to drive E-commerce top line growth D2C including CRO as well as optimising the Customer Experience across all digital touchpoints
Experience with managing brand engagement via activation marketing
Experience with internal cross-functional collaboration
Fluent in English - other languages are a plus
An educational background including minimum a bachelor’s degree
A genuine interest in cycling will be an advantage
