This is achieved through creating innovative designs, establishing strong brand collaborations, and encouraging cyclists around the world through our International Cycling Club.

The Pas Normal Studios Flagship Stores have been created to establish a physical sense of community with cyclists from around the world. In the most vibrant cycling scenes in the world, you will find the stores act as a hub for local rides and events. Each retail space provides a welcoming environment that allows the community to interact with the brand while browsing through the latest Pas Normal Studios offerings.

On this basis, we are looking for a General Store Manager to join our team in Europe, to develop our upcoming Pas Normal Studios Flagship Store in Munich.


The Position: General Store Manager

The General Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Flagship Store. As a key operational member of the Sales organization, you will report directly to the Global Retail Manager, overseeing the profitability of the Flagship Store through strategic vision and leadership.

You will also build a team of dedicated and skilled individuals to assist with the daily operations of the store and promote an open space that encourages the development of strong customer relations. You are responsible for driving the overall success of the Pas Normal Studios Flagship Store in Munich where you will lead and manage a team of action-oriented and passionate Sales colleagues.

Furthermore, you will institute a strong customer-focused attitude and ensure that the Pas Normal Studios vision is upheld in the local community around the Flagships Store through daily operations and local activations.

Furthermore, you will master SOME analytics to analyze traffic and drive reach/engagement as well as optimizing the Customer experience across all digital touchpoints.


Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, lead, and manage the Pas Normal Studios Flagship Store in Munich

  • Collaborate with the Global Retail Manager to develop the local store strategies

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

  • Hire, train, and teach employees and encourage strong interdepartmental communication

  • Maintaining statistical and financial records

  • Lead and organize staff meetings with a focus on sales and communication training

  • Plan, manage, and optimize your team’s schedules to match the daily flow of customer traffic

  • Plan and execute local activation tasks

  • Create and maintain a strong local community

  • Automate the process of tracking inventory and sales history

  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards


Qualifications

The ideal candidate is working in the retail universe and is passionate about driving sales and establishing an excellent sense of customer service. This individual should be excited and driven by the idea of being the face of one of the strongest and fastest-growing brands in the cycling world. We are, thus, looking for an outstanding candidate with a well-assorted and updated toolbox who possesses at least three years of retail store management experience from a similar business environment.


In addition, you also have:

  • Experience with organizing events and rides.

  • Solid experience with analyzing markets, including an extensive network to utilize market insights.

  • Fluent in German or English - other languages are a plus.

  • A passionate and genuine interest in cycling.

  • Highly organized to ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.

  • A keen eye for details and accuracy.

  • A structured, motivated self-starter capable of driving projects forward engagingly and collaboratively.

  • Strong analytical and managerial skills.

  • Highly self-motivated with a positive mindset; and

  • Flexible and thrive in a fast-paced, informal, and dynamic business environment.
