As Design Assistant your overall responsibility and key tasks will be to support the design team with various creative and practical tasks. As a person you are characterized by a can-do attitude to both larger creative, and smaller practical task which is important for you to thrive in the team. You will be part of a small, fast paced and highly passionate Design Team in a very fast-growing company.
In the position you will assist with the overall design tasks in the team and your main responsibilities will be:
Assist the design team with general operational tasks in the design process.
Help build and update collection overviews and tech packs. Here under applying designs, color, and graphics, etc. to design’s overviews and tech packs.
Organize prototypes / samples. Keeping track of arrivals and storage of samples.
Assist in maintaining the Design team’s part of the product lifecycle management system (Delogue) to streamline the workflow and make sure the design team’s design reaches all the way out to the final product.
Maintain the studio and other ad hoc projects
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
To be successful in the role and to contribute to the future success of Pas Normal Studios we believe you need the following skills & abilities:
Strong knowledge of the design- and development process.
Solid user of the Adobe package - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
Great organizing skills.
Knowledge of performance materials is a plus.
Passion, knowledge and/or experience in cycling or sports is a plus.
You enjoy sportswear and follow the evolution of the sports industry
